To Add (download) a Custom List to the Forum, you first need to save it on your computer.

1. Open the program (version 3.5 or later) and click the Custom List icon.
2. Create a Custom List on your computer. You may add birds manually or use the ID Wizard to help create the list.
3. Save your new Custom List.
4. Click the word "File" in the upper left portion of the Custom List screen.
5. Click "Export"
6. Save the Custom List to your desktop and name the file so you will remember it.
7. Access the Internet and go to www.ThayerBirding.com
8. Log in as a Forum user.
9. Click on the "Share Your Custom List" Forum.
10. Click Post to start a new Thread.
11. Title your post with the name of your Custom File. Use a name that will mean something to users worldwide.
12. Write a very brief description of the Custom List.
13. Click the "Browse" button at the bottom of the screen and find the Custom List file on your computer.
14. Click the "Submit" button.
