I have recently installed BNA on a new computer. It installed OK but when I try to play a video clip the window pops open and sound comes out but the window is blank white as if there is no image with the file. I installed from the same disk and 3.54 update file on used on my notebook. Everything works fine on that machine which is running XP the problem is only on the new desktop running Vista.

Version 3.5 of our software was created a year before Vista was released. There are many features that do not work as expected when using Vista, as you (and I) are discovering. Everything works great on Windows XP, however.

We are working very hard on a version 3.6 that will be Vista compatible. We hope to have this released in late April. We are doing the beta testing now.
