I have been unsuccessfully trying to reply to correspondance that I have been having with you. The e-mails I have attemped to send to you at techsupport@thayer.com are  bouncing back.

Hi Neil,

Sorry for the delay in responding - I was in the Galapagos Islands and in Peru for the past two weeks.

Our email addresses here all end in @thayerbirding.com

We will not receive anything if you send it to @thayer.com or @birding.com

I am sending you a CD today - September 13th.

Hi All you guys (and gals) at Thayer Birding .com.

Can't believe how helpful you have been in supplying my new copy (V3.9) of your software. Without my asking you, you offered me my discount as a previous owner of the older (non Vista) version of the software and it was waiting for me when I returned home to Scotland, from Canada, last weekend. I have to tellyou; I'm not used to these high standards!

The software is even better than the last version and I spent a lot of time trying to put information on to an MP3 player last year, for a visit to Ontario. I eventually gave up and now I find that you guys have anticipated my needs and are providing EXACTLY what I was looking for. Congratulaions all round, are in order. My next trip to North America is going to be even more enjoyable, simply because you seem to have learned the knack of being ahead of customers' needs.
