The Internet: Online Guide is a link from the program to a web site.

The web site is http://www.thayerbirding.com/eFieldGuides/gbna3/family/Ducks.asp for example. For each family, the name at the end changes, i.e. ...family/Hawks.asp. Try entering that into your Internet browser.  I cannot think of any reason why it would not work if your Internet connection is up and running.

Make sure you have checked for updates. (Click Help | Check for Updates). The most recent version of our program is v3.9.1
