I was wondering if anyone else is having the same problem since I updated to the 3.9.4 version I have been having problems when I open the program.  It always use to start with the bird I closed with.  Now it starts with Mallard but only gives me about 20 birds.  I close it and start over it starts with Mallard and all the others have appeared.  I am not aware of anything I have clicked anywhere checked for any filters now are checked.  Is this a glitch or is there something in my computer possibly doing this.  Any help would be greatly appreciated Thanks in advance

When the program cannot locate the 16-digit license number, it reverts to a 25 bird sampler. Mallard is the first bird that appears if you have selected to display in taxonomic order.

FOR SOME RESON WE HAVE NOT YET FIGURED OUT, THE V3.5.4 UPDATE CAUSES THIS ON A FEW COMPUTERS -- BUT NOT ALL.

Please let us know if it is happening to you so we can see if there is a common denominator someplace. (This happened to me too -- so it is a high priority item at the moment)
