When I start the ID Wizard, the progress meter finishes, followed by the software shutting down, leaving me looking at my desktop.  I used the 3.5.4 upgrade to repair the software without effect.  I submitted a ticket yesterday without human response.   Details can be found at ticket number: ts #FMO-70137-976

I understand that you have been working with Dave, our programmer to try to resolve this. We have not heard of anyone else with this probelm and after remoting in to your computer and trying many possible solutions, we were not able to get your program to run on that computer.

Unfortunately, there are some unknown combinations that even we are unable to fix. Thayer Birding Software will always send you a refund in this case. Or you may want to wait until June and try the version 3.6 release.
