Every time I open the birding software (v 3.9.0.1), it opens in a small window. It does not matter if I maximize the window before closing or drag the edges to full size before closing, it still will not open full-screen, Win Xp Pro

We are looking into this. Earlier versions of the software did remembe the last window size and opened in that same size. However, it appears not to "remember" in Vista. You mentioned that it is not working for you in XP Pro. We will add this to the to-do list for the next update.
