I am another member of that small but apparently growing group of people who own a pc running Vista 64 bit.  I was excited about the purchase of your product as I am new to birding and thought this would be helpful.  Now I am frustrated and plan to return it. How long before you get to this backburner issue?  Should I simply by your competitors product?  Let me know...

We have one major project going on here that should be finished by August. After that the 64-bit issue moves to the front burner. It is logical to assume that 64-bit will gradually replace 32-bit in the computer world.

We just had to make a decision about how to commit limited time and resources here. We hear you and will get a 64-bit version as soon as possible. If the cost were just a few thousand dollars and it could be done in a few weeks, we would have done it already!

I just got Vista 64 Home Premium,  After installation, I get HResult:0X8007000B error message when I tried to start the Guide to Bird of N.A. software version 3.9.
