error 1722. there is a problem with windows installer package. a program run as part of this setup did not finish as expected. How do I fix this problem?? Thanks

Our Knowledgebase has an article under "Error Messages Windows v3.9 - Error 1721". Error 1722 may be the same issue. There is a problem during installation on computers running Windows 2000 that also have the ASPI speech engine already installed. Is your computer running Windows 2000? If so, please call Pete Thayer at 800-865-2473 ext 102.
