I have installed version 3.9 on PC using Windows XP Pro.  When I try to view a bird species I find the collection is limited to "25 bird sampler."  I tried to add my license key after I read another post, but the prompt said, "license already exists" and I have to close the window.  What am I doing wrong?.............never mind.  I uninstalled and reinstalled the software and it works fine now.

The 25 Bird Sampler is a common problem. It happens when your computer cannot locate the license key.
