Hello,

I have just received BNO and have been having fun with it.  I loaded it on my laptop (XP Media Center) and it works great there, but on my desktop (XP Home) I am having troubles.

When I open the program I get a window that states "configuring DAO", then It says it can't find the file DAO.msi.  I followed the instructions regardaing DAO on the knowledge base and also tried removing and re-installing, but still get same error.  If I cancel the operation, the program seems to run fine.

Hope we can get this one fixed.

That is a rather unusual and rare error message.

Please submit a help Desk Ticket and our programmers will try to fix it for you.

Be sure to let them know which version of the program you have.
