Subject: Open ticket since October 18, 2008

Hi,

I opened a ticket for a « License Key Duplicate » or « Duplicate License Errore » and I don't understand why I didn't receive any solution for this problem yet.   I found yet in the knowledge base a solution to this problem, see « v3.9 - License Already Exists ».  I do not understand why I have not yet received the solution (1 month now). Yet, I provided the requested information.

Most Help Desk Tickets are typically answered within a day or so. (www.thayerbirding.com/support-center )

Some of the very unusual questions are passed on to our chief programmer and it can take a while for him to come up with a possible answer to the problem.

I will look into your Ticket and see what happened to it.
