I opened a ticket for a « License Key Duplicate » or « Duplicate License Errore » and I don't understand why I didn't receive any solution for this problem yet. I found yet in the knowledge base a solution to this problem, see « v3.9 - License Already Exists ». I do not understand why I have not yet received the solution (1 month now). Yet, I provided the requested information.
