One thing I've found distracting and unnecessary: When I enter sightings those sightings are automatically entered into each of the species accounts. I don't like that. Why would anyone want that? Over time certain species accounts will become ridiculously large, filled with irrelevant information. Is there a way to set up the sightings so they don't wind up in the species accounts?

Also, the pages for the Birders Handbook are too long for my screen - I can't see the bottom couple of rows of type.

We have added your suggestion to the to-do list for the next major update. We will make the sightings an option.

The Birder's Handbook has vertical scroll bars on it. This should allow you to move up and down longer pages.
