This Download will help you fix Error 1330.

We assume you are here because you already read our solution in the Knowledgebase and you could not find "GlobalSign Root CA" in step #6.
If so, try the following:
1. Open Internet Explorer
2. Go to www.ThayerBirding.com and click on the Get help tab -> Free Downloads -> GlobalSignRootCertificate
[actuall, you are already here].
3. Click the link above that says "Download file now "then Open (Unzip) and Save the GlobalSignRootCertificate file to your desktop. Close the Thayer Birding website.
4. From an Internet Explorer web browser, Select the Tools->Internet Options... menu option
5. Select "Content" tab
6. In the "Certificates" group, click "Certificates..." button
7. Select "Trusted Root Certification Authorities" tab
8. Click the "Import..." button to start the Certificate Import Wizard
9. Click Next
10. Select the certificate file (GlobalSignRootCertificate.cer) that you downloaded to your desktop in step 1 (please unzip first.)
11. Click Next
12. Make sure "Place all certificates in the following store" is selected
13. Make sure the certificate store is "Trusted Root Certification Authorities"
14. Click Next
15. Click Finish
16. Install Thayer Birding Software's eField Guide Viewer
You should have already tried this:
1. Open Internet Explorer
2. Select the Tools->Internet Options... menu option
3. Select "Content" tab
4. In the "Certificates" group, click "Certificates..." button
5. Select "Trusted Root Certification Authorities" tab
6. Select "GlobalSign Root CA" from the list (you may need to scroll down. If you do not see it, read the solution above.)
7. In "Certificate intended purposes" group, click "View" button
8. Select "Details" tab
9. Click "Edit Properties..." button
10. Under the "Enable only the following purposes" radio button, check the box for "Code Signing"
11. Click OK
12. Click OK again
13. Click Close
14. Click OK
15. Install Thayer Birding Software's eField Guide Viewer
