Error #339 Solution

When loading version 3.5 (or other versions of our software) you may see Error 339.

This usually means you are trying to load version 3.0, 3.1 or 3.5 on a Vista computer -- unfortunately those versions of our software will not run on Vista computers -- you need to buy version 4.0 or the Gold Edition. Use the promotional code LOYAL during checkout for a 10% discount.

However, if you have Windows 2000 or Windows XP you may be missing a file called comdlg32.ocx.

Some folks have also reported that they are missing file MSCOMTL.ocx on their computer.

Download comdlg32.ocx and move it to C: > Windows > System32 on your computer.
