Subject: mac with 3.9.3 needs uninstall help

I installed 3.9.3 purchased Saturday. (1) I was able to bring up the bird quiz but when trying to repeat it later I found the sound icon black and no sound. I discovered one sound in my itunes file?? I wasn't able to return to proper operation and tried reinstalling on top that seemed successful but it wasn't as it never asked for license# and sound was still missing. Next I went to Time Machine and restored the original software and it now works. Somehow things got corrupted, possibly when I tried to install the Raven piece. My question is how do i do a proper uninstall so that I can do a clean install from the disk? My mac is latest imac (2.4GHz intel Core 2 Duo) with 1GHz memory and version 10.5.2 software (Leopard).

In Macintosh computers: to uninstall the program do this -- Drag the program icon into the Trash and then empty the Trash.

In Windows Vista: to uninstall the program do this -- click Control Panel, clcik Programs-uninstall a program, select the Thayer eField Guide Viewer and click uninstall.

Note: There are a few Mac CDs labled 3.9.1 that will not work on OS X 10.5.x -- you need the free 3.9.3 patch from our web site. There is also a free patch for those running the older OX 10.3.9.
