I bought a new laptop. The old one had a hard drive problem. I backed up my birder's diary and birds of the world on a remote hard drive. I then copied all of it over to my new laptop. When I opened the diary it told me to unlock it, so I typed in my license number and got this error message.  This License ID has already been used the alloted number of times. Please contact sales@birdersdiary.com to increase your activation count. ? Do I need to buy something to reactivate the program?

We sold Birder's Diary to Jeff Jones, the programmer, a few yearsa ago.
