v3.9 - Error 2738 Raven Cannot Access VB Script for Custom Action.
Problem: Raven Lite installed, but when install got to the efield guide version 3.9, I got an error message that said it could not access the VB script for custom action.
Solution: This is an issue where the vbscript.dll file is not properly registered on your computer. Note that this file is not part of the Thayer Birding Software installation and should already be on your machine. The following steps should fix the problem:Run a command prompt in administrator mode by doing the following:
In Vista, go to Start/All Programs/Accessories/ right click on Command Prompt, select Run As Administrator.
In XP, go to Start/All Programs/Accessories/Command Prompt.Type regsvr32 vbscript.dll and press Enter.
Then try installing the program again. It should work this time.
