v3.9 - License Already Exists
Problem: When installing on my Windows computer, I get a "license error" upon installing the new v3.9 software on my new computer with Vista. After installing when clicking on the desktop icon an error message comes up with "License error: license xxxx-xxxx-xxxx-xxxx already exists." Upon hitting "OK" nothing happens. The license number shown in this error message is identical to the license number on the inside of my plastic case that contains the CD-ROM.
