v3.5 - LTMM Error when Zoom button is Clicked
Problem: When I clicked the Zoom button, I got an error message having to do with "LTMM", whatever that is.
Solution: An LTMM error refers to a program we use to display images called Lead Tools Multi Media. If you see this error, there's a missing or corrupted video codex. The codex for either the compress or uncompress wave file (sound file) is missing. Copy down the entire error message and submit a Help Ticket.
