Could Not Load File SystemEnterpriseServices.Wrapper.dll

Article ID: 000135
Problem: I installed the software but when I click on the Icon to start it I get the following error: Could not load file or assembly 'System EnterpriseServices.Wrapper.dll' or one of its dependencies. The system cannot find the file specified.

Solution: This appears to be an issue with the .NET Framework installation on your computer. We suggest trying to repair the .NET 2.0 Framework by going to the Control Panel and opening "Add or Remove Programs".

Then find "Microsoft .NET Framework 2.0" or "Microsoft .NET Framework 2.0 Service Pack 1" (it depends on whether or not you have the service pack installed). Then click the link "Click here for support information.". Then click the Repair button to repair your .NET Framework installation. This should fix the problem if you have Windows 2000 or Windows XP.

If you have Windows Vista, you will need to do an operating system repair using the Windows Vista installation disk.

One user tried this and wrote: I have the service pack 1 for Net Framework 2.0 and when I attempted to repair the installation for Net Framework the system asked me for an install disk which I did not have, probably because the my laptop's XP operating system comes from a OED source, not an install disk. So I tried the uninstall route which gives an option to change the Net Framework installation. Tried this and it worked perfectly and your wonderful software now works perfectly and thanks to your advise I was able to solve the problem.

The bottom line is that this is a .NET Framework issue and until that problem is resolved, the software will not run.

Another user wrote: Finding this update for NET Framework was not easy, if I understand the problem with NET Framework the last version corrupted the earlier versions.

NET Service Pack 2

Downloading and running each of the three files in sequence has enabled me to run the software. I did not need to install the software after the updates, the software launched from the link in my programs.
