Raven Lite Screen Seems To Prevent Installation
Problem: During installation the Raven Lite screen appears. After installing that, nothing happens and I cannot continue with the installation.

Solution: The Raven Lite install screen is very large and often covers up the installation window for the Thayer software.
So after the Raven Lite is installed, just grab the box with the picture of a Raven on it and move it out of the way using your mouse. You should then see the box you need to click to continue the installation.
Unfortunately, we are not able to control the placement of the boxes on the computer screen, so this happens once in a while. Sorry for the confusion.
