Event Viewer Results - Helping Us Debug a Windows Issue
Solution: Try running the Thayer Birding Software program. Once you see your problem repeat itself you can check the Event Viewer to see if an error message was recorded by your computer.
On your computer, click Start in the lower left corner of the screen.
Click Control Panel
Click Administration Tools
Double-click Event Viewer
Click Application and Services Log
Click on Thayer Birding Software (if it appears)
If it does appear, you might see something like this:
If you see anything that refers to Thayer Birding Software, especially any error messages, please copy the error messages that appear in the center, bottom portion of the screen and email it to us.
